Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on suitable insurance products, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new insurance leads through inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
  • Sell personal and/or commercial insurance products
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes and policy explanations
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Follow up on renewals, endorsements, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid RIBO license (mandatory) or willingness to obtain
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or brokerage preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
